• Bedrooms: 1 bedroom (queen) downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 queens and 2 twin beds)

• Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with shower downstairs, 1 bathroom with large soaker tub and shower upstairs, plus a convenient half-bath upstairs.

• Relaxation & Outdoor Living: Soak in the lake views from the glass/screen porch or fire up the charcoal BBQ grill for a cookout.

 2026 Weekly Rates for Cottage #10:

• After September 23: $2,800/week

Discount of 15% on each consecutive week in Cottage #10. Bring your own sheets, towels, and blankets for a discount of $200/week. NYS sales tax (7%) and Warren County occupancy tax (4%) will be added to stays of 30 days or less.

Maximum capacity: 8 people (including children). Minimum stay is 1 week.

We love our furry friends, but guests must leave them home.  Animals of any size may not sleep outside overnight or enter Cottage #10.
