New kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters, coffee maker (for ground coffee, not K-cups). Screened porch, central a/c, gas BBQ grill, WIFI and TV. Maximum 8 people (including children). Names of all guests must be registered with office and only registered guests may stay in cottage overnight. Minimum stay is 1 week. Check-in: 4 PM Saturday; Check-out: Noon Friday. EXCEPT: before Jun 9 and after Sep 9 stay any 7 nights or more.

- Sep 9 to Oct 15 (any 7 nights): $2,400
