19 Cayuga Drive, (Cleverdale) Queensbury, NY: Groundsview, 770 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins), sofa sleeper (queen), bathroom with shower. Glass/screened porch, window a/c, charcoal BBQ grill, coffee maker (for ground coffee, not K-cups). WIFI, and TV in living room and all bedrooms. Maximum 5 people (including children). Names of all guests must be registered with office and only registered guests may stay in cottage overnight. Minimum stay is 1 week. Check-in: 4 PM Saturday; Check-out: Noon Friday. EXCEPT: before Jun 9 and after Sep 9 stay any 7 nights or more.

- May 15 to Jun 16 (any 7 nights): $1,000
- Jun 17 to Jun 30 (Sat to Fri): $2,300
- Jul 1 to Aug 11 (Sat to Fri): $2,800
- Aug 12 to Aug 25 (Sat to Fri): $2,300
- Aug 26 to Sep 8 (Sat to Fri): $2,000
- Sep 9 to Oct 15 (any 7 nights): $1,000
