40 Boathouse Rd, (Cleverdale), Queensbury, NY:  Available all year! Lakeview, 1-story, 3,000+ sq ft, 5 bedrooms , 4+ bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower, the rest showers. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Great Room with double-sided fireplace, gourmet kitchen with dining room, and library. WIFI, TV (in every bedroom and in Great Room and Dining Room), dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, central a/c, on-call generator, gas BBQ grill, slate patio, coffee maker (ground coffee, not K-cups) and hair dryers. Maximum 10 people (including children). Names of all guests must be registered with office and only registered guests may stay in The Mason House overnight. Minimum stay between June 16 and September 1 is 2 weeks. Discounts offered for extended stays and during Fall and Winter.

2023 Weekly Rates (minimum stay from June 16 to September 1 is 2 weeks; all other times 1 week)

• Jan 1 to Jun 16: $3,500
• Jun 17 to Jun 30: $5,800
• Jul 1 to Aug 11: $7,200
• Aug 12 to Aug 25: $5,800
• Aug 26 to Sep 8: $5,000
• Sep 9 to Oct 15: $3,500

• Multi-week Discount: $1,000 off each consecutive week. From Jun 17-Sep 8, multi-week stays also include FREE Fridays.
