Four and a half bathrooms; one bathroom has a tub/shower, the rest showers. Great Room with double-sided fireplace, gourmet kitchen with dining room, and library. WIFI, TV (in every bedroom and in Great Room and Dining Room), dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, central a/c, on-call generator, gas BBQ grill, slate patio, drip coffee maker and hair dryers. Maximum 10 people (including children).

• Weekly from Sep 9 to December 31: $3,000
• Monthly (any 31 days) between October 9 and December 31: $10,500

2024 Weekly Rates

• Jan 1 to Jun 14 (any 7 nights): $3,000/week
• Jun 15 to Jun 28 (Sat to Fri): $5,800/week; 2 week minimum
• Jun 29 to Aug 9 (Sat to Fri): $7,400/week; 2 week minimum
• Aug 10 to Aug 23 (Sat to Fri): $5,800/week; 2 week minimum
• Aug 24 to Sep 6 (Sat to Fri): $5,000/week; 2 week minimum
• Sep 7 to Dec 31 (any 7 nights): $3,000/week
